For 18 hours and then only eating for six hours, and yet they will still go to the gym and do a rigorous workout. How in heaven's name do you work out when you're starving? Like, um, you need to um listen to your body, that's the first and most important thing, right? So, I wouldn't necessarily, they usually don't start with going um for high-intensity strength training at first. So, I would generally recommend light mothering.
Movement. And then what happens is that your body gradually builds up the momentum, right? And into like, you know, going from walking your dipilates into high-intensity and strength training. But like I say, though, listening to your body is very, very key. And you need to make sure that you are, you know, feeding your body and hydrating correctly. I have done, you know, all the facets. That you know what? With Nomad, it was easy in the beginning when you're not training too hard. But as I started training a whole lot more, I realized that my body started having intense cravings and started having withdrawal and slight dizziness. And that's when I knew that, you know, take a step back. So it's important to listen to your body. It's not for everyone. And I think it's important to note that there will be almost an immediate reaction from you starting with intermittent fasting, where you'll actually see.
