And that's why we're inviting people to actually participate in such programs because it's only for their benefit. It shows that you're investing in the type of business. I think the days are gone where today you decide to be this type of entrepreneur, tomorrow you something else, and the next day, you know, we really now need to start and focus and create sustainable businesses that are going to last. And people now have the opportunity to actually upskill themselves. And with this kind of training, it is actually free of charge. And you're talking.
About possibly 40,000 rands worth of training that anybody can take and actually co-skill themselves and concentrate and invest in themselves on their knowledge. And for a young person to get access to this certification, they do have to have that kind of money. Am I assuming there would be some kind of support, financial support to enroll young people into these programs? That's the thing, Sila, that's why I'm.
Trying to say that people don't really have an excuse. What I'm saying is that the training, we've estimated it at the value, if you had to actually pay for it, you'd probably spend around 40,000 rand for the certification. What we are doing is actually offering it free of charge. So you don't really have an excuse. You know, the reason I went back to it, I wanted you to repeat it because I don't think you use the F-word enough, they're free. That's why I wanted you to go back again so that young people understand.
That this is not something that you have to pay. The 40,000 is the estimated value, but actually it's already paid for. Yes, that's exactly what you're doing. Since it sounds true, but that's exactly what it is: that the CIDP is plowing back to the industry to say, listen, come in. You have no excuse. It's free of charge. Possibly all it costs you is just the three weeks out of your life. Get yourself skills, get yourself in that classroom, get the practical training.
