   KwaZulu-Natal police confirmed the arrest of a suspect who had evaded capture for five years in connection with the 2021 Sydenham murders in Durban, where six people were shot dead inside a house and three others killed nearby.    Proteas thump Australia on Heritage Day as URC season looms

   Pronutro's demise sparks a day of heritage-food nostalgia

   PepsiCo's announcement that it is pulling Pronutro from shelves because the old recipe cannot be recreated became an unlikely Heritage Day talking point, with Cape Talk mourning it as a lost inheritance alongside language, music and tradition. 702's John Perlman tracked down 'Mr Pronutro' himself, Joburg food scientist Nigel Sunley, who worked on the cereal from 1981 through its National Brands and PepsiCo eras.
