Cape Talk, Thursday night

Here's our response. You know, there's a place called Sheridan Park in Steenberg, right here by Military Road across the station. Plot and plan. Siao Fiau, Susie, Pica Flakde. The state gives you your service plot. They open an account for you at the Arbor. You build your own house. You struggle to find a house for less than 1.5 million rand in Sheridan Park. Here's your answer. Release the land and allow our people to build their own houses. We have the skills. But the problem right there is it takes the opportunity for white-owned business to flee.
