I can't understand how can you worried about putting bread on the table? Whereas we, as the South African citizens, we pay taxes every month. She gets a grant from our salaries. So, so, and people's lives were lost to two individuals. What about those family members of the deceased then? If food on the table is so important to you? And I think that is where my problem lies then. If this is how the lady was thinking, that doesn't make sense to me at all.

There is this phenomenon of, and while not everyone in the family may be active members of an organized crime syndicate, there is this concept of the gang family. Everyone is aware of what one or two or three members of that family do. They don't say anything. They maybe even say thank you when a little something comes through the door in a meal or money.

Is this that you are driving? It was just a norm. I mean, that in itself, I would have asked my kids whose, where did you get it? Because I would have shown interest in it. But I think we are so blunt nowadays. We accept everything as it is. When people bring illicit stuff to the house, it is something that we are so used to nowadays. We haven't spoken about a broken police or criminal justice system just yet, but what you have described is a broken family system.
