Now, that's the point at which it raised the AAA's eyebrow, asking the question: what justified that change if mechanically we're dealing with exactly the same car, same chassis, same braking system and same suspension? Surely something had to have changed in order for that car to justify such a material change in its payload capacity. So you went ahead and did your own testing.

Is it humanly possible for someone to change their payload without necessarily testing it? To our disappointment, we discovered that the NRCS and their process depend on an independent test produced by a lab outside of the country. That suggested to us that absolutely no testing is done to verify this.
