Of water, but because those trucks are not marked, we don't know who they belong to. We know that your party has come and brought 10 trucks of delivering water, but we have plenty of the trucks that are running around Mamelodi. They are not marked. Thank you so much, sir. Thank you, thank you. All right, let's give the medal candidates an opportunity to respond. Let's start with Umpila Mautri. The first question was for you around encouraging land grabs. You've got two minutes to respond. Go ahead. Thank you very much, Clement. We need

Our people to understand where we come from. The land here in South Africa was forcefully taken from our forefathers through massive massacres and killings of our people. We've been trying since the existence of the EFF from when we were formed in 2013 to try to address the issue of land. We've got a seven non-negotiable cardinal pillar, number one, which is exploitation of land without conquering.

Compensation. But we are equally a political movement. We can't sit and fold our arms when our people continue to suffer because of the question of the land. We are saying, and we were saying, and you are still saying it, where there is a piece of land that is not occupied and our people are reduced to being sardines, crammed in squatter camps, as if they are pigs, they must go and occupy that land. And we make no apology about it. The informal settlement.

That you are talking about, they've been in existence, some of them for over 30 years. If you think informal settlement came with the EFF, tell me about Winterveld, which has been in existence for over 30 years, but it's still not formalized to this day. And with the city, and with the city not formalizing these informal settlements, it means our people are not getting any services. We want the city to connect legally water pipes, give people sanitation, connect electricity legally. But because the

The city is refusing to formalize these informal settlements. What do you expect our people to do? They end up doing creative things, which are wrong, of course, we agree, because we want them to pay for rates and services. But how do you pay for rates and services if they are not formalized? The city needs to formalize over 500 informal settlements that are here in Tshwane and connect legally electricity to our people, give our people water, provide for sanitation for our people. Our people are willing to pay. Equally, we need the

Land to build our own homes. We can't continue to be renting in the backyards of our people. Our people need the land and we are unapologetic. Thank you so much, Cilliers Brink. There was a question about municipal DA scrapped POP for the residents of Mamelodi. Your two minutes start now to respond. This is a welcome question because it gives us a chance to silence the lies that.
