Those buildings. We can repurpose in the inner city for over and above as being offices, but for youth hubs, can create youth hubs where you have young people, training and development center. So we have the vision is there. The implementation is possible only if we come back and we are able and are re-electable and we are able to implement this outside a coalition. So the smart city that I keep hearing about, right?

And this is for me trying to understand why we are considering building a smart city when we already have a city that is central, especially for young people that are currently unemployed, for many job work people that are looking for work. Why are we looking at building a smart city outside of this central place? So, for me, as a citizen of Johannesburg or as a resident of Johannesburg, it doesn't make sense.

That the money that is meant for this, this smart city that we are envisioning should be going into the CBD where young people can access shops, young people can access work, offices can be there, and that city can be a fully functional city like it used to be. Leak detection. That is the smart city that we talk about. So, our smart city strategy is about what we already have, but how do we use technology to make Joburg a smart city for safety, for reading of meters, for the ability for us to move freely on the networks? For you to know on an app, by a touch of an app as a resident, you are able to see what are the issues happening in your city.

How can you move without being stuck in traffic? That's the smart city we are talking about. We're not constructing. There is no money to construct a new city. The only program that is there, it is the one that was launched, which is the Lanseria airport signed. That is the new program that, through national government, as it was announced by President Ramaphosa, that is the one that is being constructed as a way to make sure that that northern
