Power FM, Wednesday afternoon

I have seen the challenges that we face at local government level. But we as government are determined to rebuild our local government structure. And meanwhile, EFF leader Julius Malema says when his party takes over the Polokwane municipality, the first thing they will do is fix the man-made problem of water availability. Malema has accused officials in Polokwane of deliberately sabotaging the water supply.

To enable the deployment of politically connected water tankers. Malemo was speaking from his voting station in Seshego after casting his ballot in the election. He says priorities for the EFF include job creation, improving electricity infrastructure and availability, as well as removing indigent pensioners and SASA beneficiaries from paying for municipal services. The white regime has actually created a line for us as to where.

Does the water line come from? All we need to do is to go and remove the old infrastructure, expand it and make it more reliable, have clean water that is drinkable, and our people can enjoy the water that is provided and that they are paying for.
