947, Monday morning

Last lap, I was like, well done. I just gotta back off because I couldn't see the road, I couldn't see the track. I was crying, and yeah, it's been incredible. It's been an easy weekend, emotional wise, and to finally clinch it is very special. Arsenal backed up at the Premier League table after beating Liverpool one, Nil Havertz with the first half goal to take Arsenal three points clear at the top and a first win at Anfield in 14 years. Gunners Basmi Kala Teta. Extremely proud of them. It's been four.

14 years, that's a long time. So I'm sure we made everybody attached to the club extremely proud today. Not only for the victory, but for the way we've done it, the spirit that we show, the way we carry this share, this batch. Especially considering what happened four days ago when you lost and you get out of the cup against a team that you're supposed to beat. Now turn their attention to a test series. Bangladesh starting at the Wanderers in two weeks' time. They'll be coming off a higher after pulling off a phenomenal third test and series winner.

Australia, Coach Shukri Conrad. There's a genuine belief that these guys can go on and do special things, you know, and we've got to remind them all the time. And until it plays out, I think then they go and say, well, okay, you weren't just trying to pump our tires. But at every turn, we push that belief and what you see, the characters. Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus will tonight name his side to face Italy in the Nations Championship on Saturday. After the weekend's URC Glasgow, who beat the Lions topped the table ahead of the Bulls, stormers.
