Mighti Jamie unpacks: Madlanga, Mkhwanazi, Ramaphosa, Masemola, cartels, mainstream media, Johnson

What about you? What have been the moments that have stood out for you? I think for me, the first moment that really captivated me was when Witness B, and maybe even A to an extent, showed all the evidence that Catiso Molefe alleged right now, it's still evidence, it's allegations, but they showed that this guy firstly was doing multi-million tenders with Transnet. And the way that they had infiltrated Transnet is that the nephew.

Was a buyer for Transnet working there. They deleted a supplier who had been supplying for 30 years, put themselves in as suppliers. The nephew then approves one of the three bids, all of which came from the same house, right? A house which also has its own history. Because if you look up that house, there's a 2012 story about how somebody fought to get that house back and it had basically been hijacked. And that's the headquarters as well of the Air Force.

Airport company, by the way, the one that they're trying to build in Velcom. So when they show us that this guy, at the point where they're about to be exposed, jumps into a car, they go to the company Q-Tech, they stake it out, and their vehicles are being caught on camera. I was like, this is so brazen. They never knew, of course, that there's going to be a commission. But the fact that it was there in front of us.

And we were observing it. A curious side note was that it seemed to me that that should have been at least the point where the media was like, okay, these guys have the evidence. And that, by the way, was day 15, or it wasn't even far into the commission. But that blew me away that this timer, who looks harmless, jumped into this car and within the space of five days, they committed one of the most atrocious and significant murders, allegedly, in South Africa.

That really blew me away. So that was a pivotal moment. And what was of interest to me was how Witness B fought so much to keep that case on its tracks. Because remember, after they had caught them, they found the casings, they found the guns, they found their cell phones, they had the vehicles, they had the change number plates, they had everything. And there was such a synchronized effort to try to either destroy the evidence.

Or compromise the investigation. At some point, she gets a call from Shibiri asking where the dockets are. You need to give the dockets to this guy. She's like, they're not here right now, they're somewhere else in another office. And it's locked or whatever she said. So she was actively catching that they're trying to get a hold of this paperwork. And at the same time, we need to fight for this paperwork. When the ballistic results came out and they said there's no linkages, she went back to Mahotli and said, hey, the other day when we were just talking,
