On 5 September 2026, New Zealand's Black Ferns defeated South Africa's Springbok Women 52–20 in Johannesburg.

The claim was that the Black Ferns would defeat the Springbok Women on 2026-09-05, and the match report confirms they did. The result matches both the winner and the date, so the prediction was right.
