Women in entertainment still face casting bias, pressure over appearance, and male gatekeeping; social media is shifting who gets seen, but the industry remains largely controlled by men.

Intimate scenes are tightly managed through briefs, contract clauses, body doubles, intimacy coaches and closed sets, with every scene and level of contact agreed in advance.

The guest argued women in the industry should build their own following and attention economy before signing away control, pointing to social media as the space opening doors for new voices.
