   Acting Police Minister Firoz Cachalia used the second Police MinMec in Mpumalanga to announce what he called a major reset of South African policing, endorsed unanimously by national, provincial and local government.    South African sport had a strong Friday at the 23rd Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, with 702's sport desk leading on Chad le Clos overtaking Australia's Ian Thorpe and England's Adam Peaty to become the most decorated male athlete in Commonwealth Games history.
