Thirty-six-year-old Madome Victor Rampedi appeared in the Tembisa Magistrates' Court yesterday, where his case was postponed to the 19th of October for a bail application. The NPA says it will vigorously oppose his release. Rampedi is facing a murder charge and has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
