SAFA has reportedly improved its offer to Pitso Mosimane after his camp pushed back on the initial package; the revised talks are now closer to conclusion, with only contractual details left.

The initial reported package for Mosimane was R5 million a year, far below the R1.4 million a month previously paid to Hugo Broos; the presenter argued that lower offer was disrespectful to South Africans.
