Think it is actually quite remarkable the progress that we've made, and we can be very proud of that, which is why I said in the first paragraph of my affidavit, I actually welcome the opportunity to update the court on the progress made in these last five years, because it has been quite innovative. We have published the first land state land discount guidelines in the country, which allows us to discount city-owned land up to right up to 90%, which is exactly what we did at Salt River Market. And that's why I think there has to be some very serious thinking about how we get people out of their cars on events day. And that's honestly not difficult. There are so many different ways one could think about that. So again, it goes back to that question of: well, we can fix that bit, but what happens downstream of that? We will also have key work across a number of other communities where pipe replacements, valve replacements, and so on will take place. This is expected in Woodstock and in the Strand community as well as the Grossi Park area with other leak detectors.
