Open, then opened fire on the victims before fleeing the scene. The motive for the killing is unknown, and the investigation continues. Cases of murder, five counts, and attempted murder are being investigated. Police say a 31-year-old man has been shot and killed in Lavender Hill on the Cave Flats. Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg says the incident happened in the morning. The motive behind the attack is unknown, and no arrest.

And if I go into town and then I don't know how late the trains run, but if I arrive at the Cape Town station at nine o'clock for a train to Lakeside, it's not something that I am prepared to do. I would suggest, I wouldn't park and ride at retreat station. What I would do is maybe if you're coming from the south, the deep south, Lakeside provides, I think, a bit more safer park and ride, park there.
