Over my veggie garden, and it's a slow-release watering method. So it holds two liters of water, but the pot is ceramic, but it's not fired. And so then the plants basically suck the water out of it as they need it. Interesting. Now, how easy are they to get hold of, Ian? They are becoming more and more available. If you Google them, there's a lovely lady in K Town in Woodstock area.
Heard as “K Town in Woodstock area”Ask loclAnd it's all about entertainment and at the same time coming to watch proper paddle. So it starts this Friday where there's no matches tomorrow, but we start at 8 a.m. on Saturday to 4 p.m. Okay. And then on Sunday, 8 a.m. again with the finals, the main finals all being because of different age groups, so from like 12 o'clock onwards, those will be at Century City, but there'll be games the whole time at Richmond and Century City. Okay. And then the following weekend, we'll do Friday night, then Saturday and Sunday again. Okay. And it's literally there's no
Opposite Burgundy estate. So literally like 12 minutes away from Century City. Yeah, so five courts at each. We're very lucky. So we're going to have 10 courts. Okay. And for this weekend, that's how we're also able to split. So we've got 90 players for the age groups this weekend. That's 35, plus 35, plus 45, plus 55 for men and plus 50 for the ladies. We were trying to do the under-19s as well, but the under-19s actually falls part of what we call the FIP promises.
And a lot of chiers around it, which is great to see. Now, I mean, that's the social side of the game. Paul, we're actually here to talk about the really competitive side of the game. As we said, the first ever national championships happening this weekend and next weekend. You are hosting them at your two venues. Tell us firstly where those are. So Century City, brand new purpose-built, been open a year, where the old Ratunga Junction was. Okay. So, yeah, standalone building for us. And then Richmond Park, which is an industrial complex.
So for us, like us, we've gone into an industrial area or century city, but then your land becomes quite expensive. So it's this whole juggling act the whole time that you've got to try and do. But I mean, the point is, it's there being, I mean, 1500 courts already, 500 clubs. I didn't know it was that big. I do inside out fitness at Western Province Cricket Club several mornings a week, and those courts are always in use. And it's always interesting to me. As you said, variety of ages, both genders using them.
Problem out in Bowward Road in Claremont. Yeah, I was going to say Claremont on the road. Yeah, very popular, very nicely done, and very good for the community. But the guys living right across the road, it was a change from a normal quiet tennis club. So then you say, well, let's enclose it. And that's definitely the way to stop the sound. But then, because it's quite a high roof, you need at least a nine to ten meter high roof so that you can actually lob the ball. Then it becomes quite a big structure. Yeah. And then you potentially block the views of some neighbors. So now you've got.
And schools and then interprovincials and so on. Do we have any schools as far as you know offering paddle as a sport? Yeah, so there's some schools that have land available and they've already built courts. Okay. And I think with the view going, they need to make sure that they offer it as a school. The clubs are the schools that don't have space, which is quite substantial. And I'm just going to name some in Cape Town, let's say, for example, like Sachs or Wynberg or Bishops, or there's lots of them. They don't actually have the land, so therefore, they will tip.
Studio and in an actual garden. It's an extension of our gardening segment into the real life space. And this month we're going to be visiting the Gabriel Road Food Garden, established by Plumstead residents a couple of years ago after they got sick and tired of seeing a vacant plot go to rack and ruin. It was becoming a problem area in the neighborhood, an ISI site, a dumping ground for rubbish, a place where drug use was happening. Residents got together and said, let's change this picture. We'll start a food garden.

Relationship with the petrol. You don't just drive for fun. We drive because the geography demands it. We live in a very large city comparatively, not as large as Joba, but a large city. So if you're driving from Atlantis to the CBD or from Gordon's Bay into town, maybe you have to drive from Simonstown to Bowville, Somerset West to Century City. And then there are the people who do this every single day.
