Eduvos executive Rian Stienberg said qualifications alone do not guarantee employment, urging institutions to embed work-integrated learning and measure success by graduates’ employment and productivity.

Eduvos reported that about 69% of its students secure jobs before graduating, attributing this to earlier employer engagement and practical workplace exposure.
